DEME Infra Marine Contractors (DIMCO) is DEME’s specialist subsidiary for marine infrastructure and civil works projects that complete DEME Group’s activities. As projects get increasingly complex, clients prefer not to deal with several contractors but just a single contract party. This evolution towards activities with higher added value corresponds to new and specific competences within the DEME Group.As DEME’s specialist marine infrastructure company, DIMCO is the Group’s in-house civil contractor, focused on marine and specialist soil technology. The new marine infrastructure company (since late 2015) has a large engineering and design department and employs around 150 people.

In opdracht van Zuidasdok (Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail, Gemeente Amsterdam) werkt het consortium ZuidPlus de komende jaren aan het project Zuidasdok. Zuidasdok omvat de verbreding en het deels ondergronds brengen van de Rijksweg A10, het uitbreiden en vernieuwen van station Amsterdam Zuid en de herinrichting van de knooppunten Amstel en De Nieuwe Meer. Het consortium ZuidPlus wordt gevormd door Fluor, Hochtief en Heijmans.
