I am currently engaged at Murdoch University as a consultant Project Manager and Solution Architect, responsible for the delivery of a range of strategic projects, predominantly in the CRM domain. Working closely with senior leadership within ITS and the business, key business stakeholders and ITS teams, I have successfully led the design and implementation of multiple strategic technology solutions to uplift critical business capabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills have allowed me to foster close and highly productive working relationships with my peers and stakeholders across the University, to maximise the delivery of business value.Key achievements include:- Working with both Deloitte and Digitary, I successfully led the Solutions Delivery Callista team to design, test and implement the integration solution for the My eQuals project.- Successfully led a transformation project for the Office of Advancement, to uplift a range of capabilities supported by a redesign and upgrade of the iMIS platform, which included a migration to the cloud.- For the past 3 years I have managed the CRM Program at the University, successfully leading the design and implementation of multiple technology solutions to uplift Murdoch’s core CRM capabilities, with a primary focus on student recruitment and retention. During this time, I have been responsible for overall project management and delivery of the program, as well as having solution architecture responsibility.- I worked closely with senior leadership both within ITS and the business, as well as key stakeholders, to define the CRM platform strategy and target state to deliver required capability uplifts. My role within the Architecture team allowed me to play a central role in defining the technology and platform enhancements required to execute the technology roadmap.

Senior Consultant, engaged at MDA National Insurance in the capacity of Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst on the Online Services Program, tasked with the design and implementation of several online portals for a variety of MDA National Insurance stakeholder groups, including Medical and Dental Members, Hospitals and Practices. Each online portal, being delivered as a discrete project, is being developed in Sitecore and integrated with MDA’s insurance system, Pivotal CRM, via integration services utilising NServiceBus.

Engaged as an ICT Project Manger and Senior Business Analyst, responsible for the Master Data Management (MDM) Project, forming part of a wider Enterprise Information Management (EIM) programme.The EIM Programme was implemented to meet the future vision of EIM at CBH, with a focus on both structured and unstructured data, improved information governance and knowledge management capabilities including enhance document management, collaboration and enterprise search. Other work streams include forming part of the overall solution included a BI stream and a document management stream which replaced the existing eDOCS DM 5.3.0 system with OpenText Content Server 10.The MDM Project was tasked with delivering an enterprise solution for Business Partner Master Data Management using the Tibco MDM Tool. Following the successful implementation of an MDM solution for grower master data, the focus shifted to remaining business partners including customers, vendors and other 3rd parties. In addition to the above I spent 3 months working as a Senior Business Analyst on the East Coast Expansion Project, set up to investigate options for the setup of a new grain supply chain in Northern New South Wales.

Engaged as an Information Management (IM Mines) Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst on the Mines Delay Accounting Upgrade project, forming part of the Standard Mining Package (SMP) Programme of work which had the overall objective of standardising systems, technology and processes across all BHPBIO mines sites. The primary objectives of the project were the delivery of a technical upgrade to Schneider-Electric’s Ampla Downtime Analysis System (DAS) from v4.2 to v5.2, the resolution of existing issues remaining after the previous upgrade, the implementation of a number of additional features, and the standardisation of all Delay Accounting rules, processes and reports across all WAIO Mines.

Engaged as a Senior Business Analyst on the Future State project, a large scale business transformation project centred around the implementation of a new commercial Commodity, Trading and Risk Management application into CBH Grain. Working to a hybrid analysis and development methodology utilising elements of agile. Liaising with ICT architects to assess the current BA methodology for gathering and defining business and functional requirements, and formulating a series of changes to the approach for Phase 2 of the project, including the definition of artefacts to be produced by the BA Team.

Engaged as a Project Manager, simultaneously managing two key IT change projects – a project to develop a new corporate intranet using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (including the migration of content from the existing intranet and the implementation of a new document management system and related processes), and a Business Intelligence project to implement a new Corporate Data Warehouse into the business as well as the introduction of new reports (including dashboards and scorecards) into the retail division of the business. As well as having overall project management responsibility for the delivery of these projects, I was also involved in the detailed analysis of business and system requirements across both work streams.

Working on a total of 7 key projects of varying sizes, I was engaged as a both Project Manager and Senior Analyst working across a large cross-section of business units, and dealing with multiple corporate systems. My last positoin was working as a Project Manager and Work Stream lead for all data migration and corporate BI deliverables on the CISP (Capital Investment Systems and Processes) project, a multi-million pound project set up to deliver a suite of integrated applications (including Primavera P6, Oracle PeopleSoft, and a series of custom modules) to manage all financial aspects of Scottish Water’s Capital Investment programme.

Working on the design and development of a new national Oracle-based GP Billing and Payments System using DSDM iterative systems development methodology, working to Prince 2 standards.

Working as a Senior Business Analyst on a national web-based HR systems project. I was also involved in several other key initiatives, including a national Enterprise Modeling project.

Working as a business analyst on several key projects involving the enhancement of bespoke finance systems to meet changing business requirements for the administration of student loans.

Engaged as a consultant with Rex Trueform Clothing Company Ltd, I was involved in a number of key projects focusing on business process improvement at two manufacturing plants. Responsibilities included conducting feasibility studies, the creation of business cases, gathering and defining business requirements, and liaising with IT to implement system enhancements. I was solely responsible for the management of two key BPR projects.
