Chris is a senior advisor with over 25 years consulting experience, advising Private Equity and Corporate clients across a broad range of strategic opportunities and challenges. He specialises in strategic advice relating to M&A / commercial due diligence, market entry, growth and value creation . Based in Sydney, he has consulting experience across Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Europe and the USA. He is currently a partner with LEK Consulting in their Transaction Services practice with a focus on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) and Healthcare industries. He also works extensively with clients and deals across Infrastructure, Energy, Consumer Retail and Industrial Products sectors. Prior to joining LEK, Chris worked for 17 years at Strategy& (part of PwC), leading their Deals Strategy and TMT industry practices in the Australian market. Prior to this, Chris worked for his own practice in Bartek Consulting, providing subject matter expertise in the technology and telecommunications industry, supporting product design, operations and large IT platform implementations. Chris holds a Bachelor of International Business (Honours) from the University of Lincoln (UK), a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW Business School), with whom he was also awarded the prize for "Best in Strategic Management".
