Director of Information Technology and Owner of a managed service provider supporting 40 small-mid size offices spanning from Bellingham to Seattle Washington, focusing on medical and legal agencies. Assisted/directed operations of agencies in HIPAA among other data security compliance policies and procedures. Daily activities ranged from managing and overseeing an IT team of 4, managing the company’s ticketing system, acquiring new clients, client management, and overall business operations. Also provided hands-on systems engineering duties for more advanced problems that my employees needed assistance with.

Responsibilities include management of an internal IT team of professionals and dozens of external vendors to deploy, maintain and administer technology for over 600 employees across fourteen offices in eight different states. Administration duties include directly supervising a team of IT helpdesk and data analysts as well as administration of Google Workspace Enterprise, Office 365, Salesforce and dozens of additional enterprise SaaS platforms to maintain business operations as well as assist with expansion into new markets.

Primary duties include management of IT infrastructure for an office of about 150 team members and serving as the HIPAA compliance officer responsible of securing client data. Current projects include the deployment and configuration of ADFS and Office 365 Hybrid Exchange Environment and launch of over 100 units of Cisco's Meraki products to refresh network topology as well as a full-force Salesforce DBMS migration for client data and billing. In charge of vendor relations and management of multiple IT vendors to keep network systems running smoothly, and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
