-Load full pallets of merchandise, 1,000 boxes a day, into trailers and ensure damage is avoided.-Accurately complete tally sheets to record units loaded into trailers.-Inspect finished units during the loading process to ensure that they are free from handling damage and that the straps are intact.

-Assisted with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) by serving meals and feeding patients as needed; offering fresh water and snacks; helping patients ambulate; and turning, positioning, and transferring patients.-Managed patients’ personal hygiene by assisting with or giving bed baths, baths, or showers; toileting by offering bedpans and walking patients to the toilet; providing backrubs and skin care; and keeping patients clean.-Followed nurse instructions to perform procedures, including but not limited to administering enemas; applying non-sterile dressings, ice packs, and heat treatments; giving sitz or therapeutic baths; and applying restraints on the order of a physician.

-Assisted residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing and toileting when necessary.-Responded immediately to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations.-Worked with dining room personnel to ensure that all residents get the correct meals and that all residents can eat.

-Met the safety needs of the client and used adaptive equipment safely and appropriately.-Observed client's general condition, took, and recorded accurately vital signs, and reported changes promptly to the nurse.-Performed only under the supervision of an RN or Therapist who has provided written instructions for client care-Assisted clients with transfers, ambulation, assigned exercises, and toileting, including the use of a bedpan or commode.
