As founder of a company to build, own, and operate waste-to-energy projects:- Led capital raising efforts for projects- Developed and implemented technical and operational strategies for various waste-to-energy technologies- Completed due diligence and financial modeling for waste-to-energy projects- Developed new business opportunities- Developed relationships with key technology vendors, government officials, and investors- Created and implemented political strategies for projects- Negotiated term sheets, joint venture agreements, and other legal documents

Provide technical and management expertise to manufacturing facilities:• Managed $15 million building and equipment upgrade project at a chemical facility as Owner's Representative. Oversaw all aspects of the design and construction processes to ensure compliance with NFPA and Massachusetts Building Code requirements for processing flammable liquids and combustible dusts. • Provided contract process engineering services to polyester resin manufacturing process. • Developed complete safety program for a national recycling firm.• Audited facilities for compliance with OSHA safety regulations, including developing action plans for addressing audit findings.• Implemented safety procedures and a safety training program at a regional recycling firm.• Audited Process Safety Management compliance at the site of a major international specialty chemical manufacturer.• Provided long-term Process Safety Management consulting for client with a focus on improving Mechanical Integrity programs, Operating Procedures, and Training programs.
