As the Vice President and General Manager of REMAX Classic, I am responsible for all daily functions of our offices. I work with our Independent agents regarding transactions, closings, contract negotiations and daily business activity. I also am responsible for all training, scheduling, conducting courses, creating support documentation and posting all documents to the company intranet. I am also a part of the management team responsible to maintain all of the company systems. I support all of the company websites as well as personal agent sites. I conduct one on one coaching for all agents who wish to participate. I keep all forms and transaction documents up to date with all legal issues. Responsible for recruiting and retention strategies development and Implementation. Conduct recruiting interviews. I am responsible for all data analysis of sales for forecasting and business planning. I teach business planning to each of our agents every year.

I have enjoyed being a REALTOR and helping so many people find or sell the American dream. The Partnership for the Arts and Humanities is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) cultural arts organization that works in collaboration with the Canton Commission for the Culture, Arts and Heritage. The Partnership shares the mission of the Commission encouraging the development by providing artists with financial support, advocacy and education. It has awarded grants to the Village Theater resident groups as well as cultural education events for plymouth-Canton Community Schools. The partnership also funds national and regional acts at the Village Theater and public art. Your contribution to the partnership can help Canton continue to have access to the highest quality cultural arts.

Seated on the Board of directors for GMAR. My job there is to represent the agent population and membership of the board for the purposes of improvement and growth in our local areas of the Real Estate community. I am a certified instructor from the National Association of Realtors to teach our Michigan Continuing education programs, the REO (Real Estate Owned) and the Green Designation through the Association.

A group of highly motivated professionals working to promote each other and use referral marketing to benefit all of it's members. 40 seperate professionals representing 40 different industries or professions.

Worked with a talented Board of Directors to support a Chamber membership of over 650 members. Developed a written 5 year business plan with the boards assistance and the President of the Chamber. Had a close working relationship with the President.

I worked with GM, Ford and the UAW selling Computer Hardware and other technologies. I interfaced directly with the engineering teams at various locations to use computers as statistical collection devices hookedd directly to the onboard computer systems found in the vehicles.
