Technically my tasks were to manage tech teams, manage a portfolio of projects and to find, understand and evaluate any new technology we were planning to implement / launch as a solution (or part of it) in the customer environment with the hands&minds of our IT, OT and Business Intelligence teams. Simple...? With a proper team = yes :)

Project management in the R&D was something new for me - previously leading mainly freelancers groups I'm now in the position where I can learn a lot. Right now with the best in Poland (possibly also Europe) engineers and programmers, we create new electronics, apps, and tailor-made devices for security & safety industry. Additionally, we support the maintenance and upgrades for already existing solutions provided by EBS internationally.

At the beginning I started to provide services to companies, NGO's, GO's and private people who need a little concept about how to use technology they own/ they want to create/ they need. From concept to technology and from technology to concept how to use it. My main experience was to gather different team members (mainly freelancers and small companies) and lead a project to mutual profit for a team and a customer.Today I do have some success stories that I can talk about but some failed projects also - the knowledge is hidden inside both types of experience.

I was creating a full scale web solutions for that community: project management portal, community social networking portal, CRM portal, e-learning portal etc. After that I was someone between community services sales and community animator. Finding new ways to improve our business with active companies and individuals from our community.

We worked as a private security forces to protect hotels, training areas etc during the Euro2012 Poland-Ukraine. Consortium was created specially for that reason.My work was to manage control all of the security forces used by consortium. I done it for new, uncommon experience. I'm happy I was there with the people I was working with.

I was responsible for keeping up&working all devices that are inside monitoring station( that includes: few different types of receivers, communication devices, some internal (low grade) IT cooperation between those two and few different types of software and hardware) also for technical analysis and inside company IT solutions.

I'm responsible for Alarm Receiving Center specialized in GPS monitoring of cars, trucks and people (in near future). I'm a supervisor of a team created mostly by myself.

I was an ARC Operator- person who coordinates intervention teams, handles incoming signals from protected buildings, cars, persons etc

I was an operator at ARC that was responsible for contacts with foreign clients. Also I done some beginning trainings for a new operators.
