As a leader in Efigence projects I was responsible for creating concepts and UIUX for mBank (4 mln customers), Idea Bank (the Polish leader in the SME sector), Alior Bank and Kreditech/kontomierz PFM. I also work in a new business area, our greatest success in Efigence was acquiring the budgets for mBank, Alior Sync (one of the first 3.0 banks in Europe) and Idea Bank, which was the first Efigence technology internet banking implementation as well as winning other pitches for financial institutions. Simultaneously in 2011, I was the spiritus movens of neontigers, Artegence’s motion department which is responsible for advertising animations, as well as for the motion that we can see in internet banking applications created by Efigence.The greatest professional success for me was winning on stage at Finovate London 2013 with Michał Panowicz (mBank) and Piotr Puchalski Best of Show for the mBank project. The market has appreciated over the years Artegence‘s contributions, repeatedly awarding the agency the title of Agency of the Year. In 2014 Artegence was awarded the title of Best Interactive Agency of the Last Twenty Years but the most surprising thing in my life was discovering that creating Internet Banking systems in Efigence - a technology company – could be much more creative and engaging than advertising projects completed throughout the years in Artegence.In 2004, as a Polish precursor of Information Architecture, I understood how powerful a tool it can be during the process of creating websites. That is why in 2005 I created in Artegence one of the first UIUX teams in Poland, which proceeded to grew into a 30-person UIUX department (2016). It was probably the biggest UIUX team in Poland in this time. Since 2006, the Artegence UIUX department has expanded to include research competence. In the period of greatest splendor of the month used the gaminatora 320 000 people. Probably it was the first portal in the World which used screen scraping technology to aggregate in one place (on gaminator's users profiles) data from xbox live and playstation community. In that way we created complete gamers profiles. Of course it was Raptr.com before but it had direct api to both portals.

The greatest feeling connected with my interactive life in mee? (1) When between 2003-2004 with Szymon Stasik, Marcin Truszel we brought grate ZX Spectrum games to the mobile phones. It was Jumping Jack (B&W), Bobby Bearing (colour and isometric simulation of 3D game in very early and primitive mobile phones) and Saboteur (one of the greatest hit on ZX spectrum as I remember). It brought me a lot of fun doing all this. We were creating a history of the mobile world. Learning: If you are the first, you understand the more.(2) When in 2005 Szymon Stasik hasked the system and thanks this we have started salling java games from Gameloft. Gameloft expected 18 zł (4 euro!) for their java games but the higest Premium SMS in PL costed only 9 zł. Szymon hacked the system using double 9 zł SMS. Customer received as a response on first SMS the second one with instruction to resend us next Premium 9 zł SMS. It was brilliant! We earned in those time a lot of money thanks black and white Gameloft games. Learning: Come out of the box, and gather laurels.
