During the 2020 pandemic amidst continued lockdowns, social distancing, and remote-schooling of our young children, my wife Sarah and I decided our family needed a break. So, after a period of 30+ years of intense entrepreneurship, early stage investing, and leadership of multiple businesses, my wife and I decided it was time to accelerate my future succession plans and hand the keys off to others to be fully accountable for the day-to-day. So, in EOS-parlance, I transitioned from the Visionary seat(s) to the Owners Box!We then bought a truck and learned how to tow a 40 foot, 14,000 pound 5th wheel RV. Then, we traveled 35,000 miles to 28 states around the USA, for nearly a year, remote-schooling the kids and showing them the country. When we came back to Boulder, we decided our lovely historical home in Mapleton Hill was a little too confined, and bought a 20-acre ranch north of town, where we reside today! Other than getting married, it was probably the best life decision we've ever made and I wouldn't trade the experience for the world!

Contacts+ (formerly known as FullContact) is a consumer multi-platform contact management service rollup & spinout from FullContact that was acquired by Benchmark Email.Via both M&A and organic development, Contacts+ is a combination of several contact management apps acquired and added to FullContact's own contact management platform, including Cobook, Brewster, Conspire and Contacts+. As a combined offering that was rebranded as Contacts+ in 2019, it has grown to ~20 million users globally managing billions of contact records across iOS, Android, Mac, Web, iCloud, Google, and Microsoft contact services.
