As one of the first responders in the Service& Care team, my main focus is to correctly dispatch reported issues within our company. My main tasks include customer contact, ticket management, software development (SQL), low-code development with our Software Factory.

Software Factory specialist @ Thinkwise Software. Main focus is software development with our low-code tool (Software Factory). In this position my main tasks include SQL scripting, building reports with Report Builder, customer contact, project management and ticket/bug management.

During this traineeship, I learned the necessities to build ERP solutions using the Software Factory, a self developed low-code development tool by Thinkwise Software. Courses included SQL training, project management, presentation training, database management and many more classes.
