During my career as a software developer and consultant, I have built up an extensive knowledge of different IT solutions in a wide variety of environments. Backed by my mainframe, client-server and web experience, I’m able to effectively assess the pros and cons of solutions and platforms, on both a technical and functional level.I’m very flexible and eager to learn new things. As a consequence, I easily adapt to different technologies, methodologies, tools and company cultures, I proved this on several projects in different market segments: banking, manufacturing and healthcare.My project experience and broad IT knowledge, combined with my personal interest in technology, gives me a solid basis to design, build and rollout customer-focused solutions and architectures. In the past years I was responsible for the day to day management of the Online Banking application of Deutsche Bank. In this role I supported the implementation of several new releases, the setup of an incident and problem management process, the setup of a release management process, the setup of a 24/7 support services and a rollout of DigiPasses as the new security device of our Online Banking environment.Currently I’m closely involved in the Vittoria program, which in the first phase is going to replace the Belgian Online Banking platform along with setting up an environment which can be used within the European organization.
