Civil engineer, with a solid base on juridic field (Bs Law) and environmental field (Bs Env. Sc). International background, working and studying all over the World. Idioms : English (B2.1, French ( B2.1) an German (A1)Always learning new things. Now improving my English and founding my German speaking skills (Objective A2). Learning in different schools of civil servants along my profesional life at the Public Sector (EFIAP-Murcia, INA-Madrid, ENA-Paris, ...etc. )Part-time teacher at the Polytechnical University of Cartagena (Department of Project Management). Also at the EFIAP of the Region of Murcia, subject : Public Procurement. Among the different projets in which I have participated, one of then, the New Airport of Murcia-Corvera (IATA code : RMU). Now i continue collaborating in this project with the supporting team. At the regional administration, I have been in this positions:- Chef Project Management Office- Technical (midle-manager) at DG WaterNow days at the DG MobilityTask force during 3 months at DG Mar Menor, after the environmental crisis of October 2019, for supporting the development of the different projects.
