Responsible for providing advanced technological instruments and specialized technical assistance to an important portfolio of clients, including the incorporation of new international clients such as Hanes Brand and Johnson & Johnson.Main functions:- Support the client in the selection of the instruments or services necessary for automationand improvement of process control.- On-site visits to gather the necessary technical information to understand the customer's production process and how to meet their needs.- Implement CRM Assistant (Salesforce.com) to improve customer satisfaction, expand the prospect pool, close more deals, and identify areas for improvement in the sales team.

- Coordinate work with a team of five people providing preventive and corrective maintenance of ten service stations and eight companies to which SGN supplies natural gas (CNG/LNG).- Provide remote technical assistance using TeamViewer to resolve technical problems in natural gas stations.- Perform installations and maintenance of control panels, compressors, and natural gas dispensers.

- Supervise the technical personnel hired for the installation of new machinery (syrup line) and/or specialized instrumentation.- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all laboratory equipment and machinery (syrup filler, table press, mixer, water treatment system, air conditioning, others).- Carry out the electrical installations in the expansion of the physical plant (main electrical distribution panel, lighting system and control of each machine).

- Responsible for applying the "5s Management Technique" to improve the efficiency of the Maintenance Department.- Automation of an abandoned industrial paper-cutting machine.- Perform maintenance on offset and flexographic printing machines, die-cutting machines,screen-exposing machines, and others.- Test and observe electrical, electronic, and mechanical components and systems using testingand measuring instruments.- Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and otherelectromechanical equipment.- Test and repair or replace faulty wiring or components in electrical switchgear.- Test repaired motors, transformers, switchgear, or other electrical apparatus to ensure properperformance.
