Training Program Designer & Developer
Current• Collaborate effectively: Engage internal partners appropriately for creation and deliveryof training and materials. Conduct needs assessment with subject matter experts,leaders, or other stakeholders to identify learning needs and performance gaps. Gatherdata and insights into learner requirements. Determine requirements and communicatelearning plan.• Design curriculum: Utilize adult learning principles to design and develop curriculumframeworks, course outlines, and instructional plans that align with learning objectivesand organizational goals. Organize content into logical sequences or units and selectappropriate instructional strategies and resources to support learning outcomes.• Develop instructional material: Create instructional materials and resources, includingpresentations, handouts, quick reference guides, and multimedia content to supportteaching and learning activities. Develop interactive e-learning modules, videos,simulations, or other multimedia assets to engage learners and facilitate knowledgeacquisition.• Facilitate: Deliver engaging learning experiences to new and existing team members.Conduct training sessions virtually, live and recorded.• Re-evaluate and improve: Utilize and seek data to determine effectiveness of training,edit and adjust learning content to best support business need.• Drive success: Drive training program and platform adoption across the organization.Represent the Training and Development team in projects as assigned.• Assisted in the successful implementation and deployment of a new Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline employee training, development, and knowledge sharing across the organization. Worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system met both technical requirements and end-user needs, improving training efficiency and engagement.
