- Perform the daily duties of the pharmacist including prescription input, drug profile screening, final verification, and counseling, maintains trend-based inventory, and manages several employees at a time.- Maintain and expand the company’s available compounded drug line.- Administer thorough and stringent pharmaceutical compounding policies & procedures.- Develop, maintain, and conduct presentations and education seminars on current drug therapy guidelines targeted at diabetes and weight loss for patients and in collaboration with providers at local healthcare facilities.- Provide consultative services and answers to drug/medical information questions for local doctors and the High Point University student health center.- Conduct drug utilization reviews to effectively communicate drug change suggestions to providers based upon patient drug response, adverse effects, and guideline recommendations
