Currently, my experience spans about 25 years in the Greater Las Vegas commercial real estate industry with experience in all aspects of sales, leasing and investment for commercial property (Medical/Office, Industrial, Retail and Land). Over the years I have become one of the leading professionals in commercial real estate and have represented both local and national clients, as well as some of the largest and most prestigious properties in Las Vegas. I have established ongoing relationships with a large variety of businesses, investors, developers, physicians, and medical practices across the Greater Las Vegas area and continue to provide market knowledge, experience, and transaction expertise. Medical and Professional Office sales, leasing and investment have been my primary focus over the past 15 years with business development, financial analysis, consulting and managing client relations are constant priority. I have been a resident of Las Vegas since 1975, graduated from Western High School and attended both Clark County Community College and UNLV. Prior to attending college, I worked in the construction industry as a sheet metal apprentice through the Local 88 training program building homes, commercial buildings, and several of the LV Strip Resort Hotels. The apprenticeship was a 4-year program which I completed and became a journeyman.
