Strategic Account Manager
Current• Manage all car lines portfolios to meet sales and productivity-related goals for Dealer Tire in the Pacific Northwest, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.• Build and maintain professional relationships with Dealership Management in line with commitments for dealer initiatives, targets, and goals to ensure objectives are met. • Create awareness by communicating key initiatives of the Dealer Tire program's value to ensure continued commitment to the program. • Implement company solutions that match the dealership's needs while maintaining open lines of communication on the company's value through metrics, training, and corporate involvement. • Produce and deliver market reviews, which have helped the dealership identify strengths and gaps to reach their potential. • Create and communicate strategies, goals, and action plans to drive results that increase dealership productivity and follow-up to ensure all progress or gaps are apparent each month. • Develop and maintain professional, long-term business relationships through collaboration with OEM field contacts and other program resources and engagement with each dealership, showing unity and inclusion. • Orchestrate and coordinate the necessary operational teams into dealerships to ensure their needs are met. • Diagnose opportunities at each dealership to an accurate return on investment (ROI) can be established for continued growth within the assigned portfolio.• Assess, reinforce, and implement processes and elements across the service lane so that each dealership is aware of its benefit to the program. • Ensure service advisor effectiveness and overall retail strategies through coaching the training to maximize the business opportunity across all products. • Analyze and correctly identify training needs of dealership staff and engage the appropriate teams from Dealer Tire to improve the program. • Develop/implement strategies and procedures to support dealerships in their Effective Selling Strategy.
