I am a Real Estate professional with extensive experience in the planning and implementation of all aspects of commercial real estate development in the retail industry. I have led the development process of a 300,000 square foot frozen and refrigerated distribution center, as well as negotiated leases for over 200,000 square feet of office space, and well over 3,000,000 square feet of retail. Known for driving strategic organizational growth with new facility development, as well as merger and acquisitions. Major responsibilities included Real Estate Development, negotiations, property management, team management, coaching, training and staff building.Currently hold a New York State Real Estate License, and have passed the New York State Brokers exam. I have applied for my South Carolina Real Estate License.I was the driving force in creating an implementing a new real estate process for BI-LO, LLC. Our goal was to improve the company's processes, organizational alignment, and individual effectiveness as it relates to new store development. We reviewed every aspect of; site selection, location research, financial analysis, and property management. The deliverables for this project was to establish a culture of continuous improvement, as well as, the creation of a sustaining profitable growth strategy. Going through this process we discovered some key areas, and key people, had not been included in the process. The final process included all key stake holders. This became the frame work for how projects were approved. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Marketing and Economics from Western Michigan University.
