Responsible to lead a global team of marketing operations administrators and analysts to oversee marketing campaign execution, performance, measurement, optimization, business KPIs, and analytics. We continue to drive business performance with double-digit growth year over year in revenue influenced by standardizing processes, tools, and data and then leveraging that to help marketing leaders make better-informed decisions.

Responsible for Marketing Operations and performance measurement, including revenue attribution, lead processing, business KPIs, customer segmentation, and data management. As part of this role I led the implementation of LeanData integrated into Salesforce and Marketo as well as a SQL database with Looker for business dashboards. The solution has enabled a 300% increase in revenue attribution visibility.

Responsible for marketing automation, lead generation and routing, revenue attribution, and marketing analytics with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM). Marketing technology stack includes Marketo integrated with Salesforce, LeanData and Looker for analytics.

Managed operations for Sales, including sales pipeline, forecasting, MBO tracking, analytics & reporting, etc. for teams selling on-line advertising solutions. Led the implementation of Salesforce.com integrated with Yahoo ad serving platforms and C9 and MicroStrategy for analytics and reporting. Partnered closely with sales leadership, finance, product, business operations, and other key stakeholders globally to standardize and manage sales and related processes.
