Lead all aspects of Snap's ESG Reporting, ESG stakeholder engagement, and environmental sustainability efforts, including Snap's climate strategy.

Baxalta was acquired by Shire in June, 2016. Support the development of Baxalta’s sustainability program by helping to develop strategies and drive continuous improvement throughout each of the sustainability focus areas – environment, health & safety, community, giving, diversity & inclusion, responsible sourcing, ethics & compliance, and access to healthcare.

Develop and lead the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program to ensure suppliers comply with Supplier Code of Conduct through policy, risk assessment, monitoring, remediation and capability building for a complex electronics supply chain. • Develop and maintain the Motorola Supplier Code of Conduct, Human Rights Policy and Social Compliance Management Systems. Facilitate internal stakeholder engagement and feedback, and obtain senior leadership approval. • Lead company and product level human rights due diligence activities.• Facilitate CSR communications, including responses to NGO/customer inquiries and proactive incident/issues management related to media attention on CSR issues in the electronics industry. Prepare briefings for senior management and develop content for the Corp. Responsibility webpages• Manage CSR auditing activities, including risk assessment, service provider management, supplier communications, and reporting quality assurance for >100 onsite audits per year • Coordinate remediation program for audit findings to ensure effective corrective & preventive actions are implemented and verified through onsite closure verification audits. • Develop and maintain CSR rating systems to support sourcing decisions and for supplier scorecards, helping to drive actions related to social compliance. • Lead the development and implementation of a working hours improvement program to help key suppliers find solutions and improve conditions for workers. • Facilitate the development of a women's advancement program for women in Chinese factories to help women advance beyond line work and to help suppliers attract & retain employees. • Maintain compliance with EICC membership requirements and actively participate in several working groups and task forces. • Track regulatory developments and implement compliance programs for U.S./Canada electronics recycling, packaging and battery recycling legal requirements.

Manage diverse environmental sustainability programs for company-wide implementation globally. -Develop global sustainability goals through stakeholder feedback and inputs. Developed and maintained systems to collect, roll up, track and report key metrics from 500+ global facilities to senior leadership.-Develop and maintain content for GRI rated sustainability reporting (2006-2012)-Initiate the development of Motorola’s Climate Change Strategy in 2005-Manage relationship and membership commitments with the Chicago Climate Exchange as a founding member and first global member.-Lead a global cross functional team to develop energy efficiency, emissions reduction and renewable energy programs for Motorola operations, including LEED certifications. -Develop programs to optimize the energy efficiency and climate friendliness of Motorola products, including the development of the first carbon neutral mobile phone. Develop process to assess life cycle carbon impacts across a diverse product portfolio. -Compose Motorola’s Carbon Disclosure Project response (2005-2015) and all other investor/customer climate change inquiries -Maintain Motorola’s greenhouse gas inventory for public reporting.-Develop and maintain common global EHS Management Systems to conform to ISO 14001 standards as part of the Corporate-wide certification. -Lead audits of all ISO 14001 certified sites globally (12 countries) with teams of regional auditors. -Initiate and negotiate global electronics recycling contracts, resulting in a higher level of assurance of social and environmental responsibility through an extensive evaluation process and a 50% improvement in recycling costs and asset recovery revenues. Received award from global procurement organization based on work involved. -Coordinated global community outreach and employee engagement efforts, including numerous strategic sponsorships and events.

Provide environmental, health and safety management, sustainability and compliance support to a 6000 employee, 1.5 million square foot manufacturing, research and development facility.
