My main task is to manage geographic data supply requests from the public, contractors and researchers as well as from different parts of SNH. I also participate in the development and maintenance of the corporate geodatabase, including the planning and implementation of various geoprocessing script applications for efficient data management.Since September 2010 I have been deeply involved in the efforts to enable SNH to produce, publish and maintain INSPIRE/UK GEMINI2.1 compliant geospatial metadata. I built a browser based editing tool, intended for the various clients and contractors performing GIS tasks for SNH. This can currently be found at http://dev.snh.gov.uk/metadataCurrently I am also participating in the development of our internal browser based mapping application using ArcGIS Server 10 and ESRI Javascript API and Sencha ExtJS 5.Starting from August 2012 I have been rebuilding SNH's Natural Spaces website allowing registered users to download SNH managed GIS datasets (https://gateway.snh.gov.uk/natural-spaces).

My main task is to reform the current GIS data infrastructure into a more usable logical framework, making it easier to access for those who use them. I also aim to provide more information (maps, charts, etc.) for the general public on the institute's website regarding up-to-date hydrology information.

My main task was to convert, analyze and process the raw data received from data providers. The task involved using ArcView, ArcGIS, MapInfo and other, less known software applications. Processing the data consisted of e. g. converting raw POI files into a format to correctly represent petrol station models along a road line, etc.
