COMPUTERLINKS was acquired by Arrow Electronics in October 2013.As Marketing Director for COMPUTERLINKS UK, I managed two teams - the corporate marketing team and the CRM Business team. For the corporate marketing role I had responsibility for all corporate marketing communications and activities including: PR, events, corporate magazine, mailers, presentations, social media etc. As a member of the Marketing Advisory group for the company I was one member of a small team that worked on the marketing strategy and activities for the worldwide group. On the CRM side, I managed the CRM Business team who provided world-wide support and training on the company's CRM system. This included on-site setup and training, and on-going web based or telephone support to our users across the globe.

As a Product Manager I was responsible for the Vendor number at COMPUTERLINKS UK and owned the vendor relationship as well as being responsible for delivering a marketing plan and helping to execute that plan, deliver sales training, own the sales forecast and work with the team to deliver the number. In addition we also managed our own stock holding. I was very successful at this role and was soon promoted to Product Group Manager (as above).
