With 20 years of experience in Supply Chain and Warehousing and 12 years specifically focused on Healthcare logistics and Pharmaceutical storage, I bring extensive operational knowledge, effective man management skills, collaborative and exceptional Client relationships, along with a significant commercial background to the table. I have a true passion for the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare logistics industry.In my current role, I hold the overall responsibility for managing and driving the performance of both my Clients as well as the Contract Managers team and the 3PL clients they serve. I am dedicated to continuously developing and strengthening our team of Contract Managers to achieve and exceed industry-leading standards. By staying commercially aware of all business activities and trends within the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Sector, I ensure that we consistently provide excellent service to our valued Clients whilst remodelling, upgrading and transforming to outperform our competitors. One of my most significant achievements is pioneering and heading the Contract Manager Development Programme at Alloga UK. This innovative initiative prepares our talented employees for future Client-facing roles in line with our continuous Business growth strategy. Through this program, we equip our team members with essential skills while fostering their personal growth.Additionally, for over 10 years, I have served as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA), monitoring compliance with legal requirements governing the carriage of dangerous goods under ADR, IMDG, and IATA regulations. This critical role reflects my commitment to maintaining high safety standards while navigating complex logistics challenges specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
