My primary focus is on cost optimization, timely production and deliveries, and process improvement.My main responsibilities include: 🔴 Process and cost optimization – I oversee operational activities, constantly seeking ways to streamline processes and reduce costs across all departments.🔴 Budget control and management – I monitor expenditures, analyze costs, and ensure the proper allocation of resources.🔴 Logistics and delivery management – I ensure timely deliveries and efficient operation of the company's transportation services.🔴 Contract negotiations – I prepare and negotiate commercial agreements to secure favorable terms of cooperation with partners.🔴 Collaboration with the service department – I work with the internal service team to ensure efficient after-sales service and high-quality customer support.🔴 IT development and system implementation – I support the development of IT infrastructure, implement new technologies, and oversee the integration of systems that enhance our operations.🔴 Collaboration with the board – I work closely with the board on company strategy and long-term planning, regularly reporting on the current state of the business.
