* Close cooperation with R&D Global Procurement teams (USA, Japan),* Monitoring overall R&D category performance (Savings, DPO),* Preparing KPI reports for the management team, * Conducting data analysis based on purchasing and financial systems as well as presenting findings to superiors,* Supporting project managers by providing data analyses at various stages of projects,* Initiating and conducting improvement projects in the area of reports / purchase data,* Monitoring and improving category spend data using SAP Ariba,* Cooperation with IT, HR, Finance etc. when collecting relevant data needed for purchase reports.

* SAP key user – Responsibility for SAP MM module for the plant – configuring SAP data, performing mass uploads and changes. Providing SAP MM-PUR training for new employees,* Preparing data for key performance indicators reports, * Implementing continuous improvements of purchasing processes for a plant,* Performing purchasing analyses so as to maintain inventory at required levels, * Liaising with domestic and foreign suppliers in order to provide materials for production lines, * Placing orders with suppliers and entering them into the SAP system.

* Supporting the department – processing orders with SAP SD module,* Providing information to clients about orders – confirming delivery dates and possible delays,* Organizing and planning transportation process,* Preparing data for key performance indicators reports.
