In 2005 I have successfully completed a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering in Opole, Poland. Straight after university, I moved to England where, after two years of work in various professions, in 2008 I was employed by Sesotec Ltd ( formerly known as S+S Inspection ) as a Technical Support Engineer. At the beginning I was the only person in UK branch responsible for all technical aspects of the business. With time, I gained more experience, and I was involved in recycling and food inspection projects not only in UK, but also in countries like USA, Canada, Italy, France, Ireland and Finland. When in summer 2011 Sesotec Ltd expanded due to its growth in business I got promoted to technical manager position. I was successfully running this department until May 2018 when, due to the budget savings, UK subsidiary of Sesotec was closed. In December 2018 I started work at ISRA Vision as an Application Engineer. I was responsible for rebuilding technical support structures for UK and Ireland customers providing my expertise in the fields of commissioning, service and remote maintenance. I was also supporting ISRA’s head office in other European countries like Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Poland or Finland. In December 2020 I began my period as supporting project manager, working with head office in Germany, for projects within the UK and Ireland. There was a time where I balanced both roles as project manager and commissioning engineer. The success in this field resulted in my promotion into a Project Manager position in January 2022. Since 2022, I have successfully completed multiple projects with very high efficiency and customer satisfaction. As a PM my aera of operation has expanded and, on top of European jobs, I have worked on projects in India, Korea, Costa Rica and Brazil, closely collaborating with ISRA’s subsidiaries in these countries. In summer 2023, ISRA Vision was merged with Atlas Copco becoming one of AC subdivisions. In that same year, I was voted Employee of the Year 2023 for Machine Vision Solutions in UK & Ireland.During my work carrier I have built a network of contacts and co-operated with colleagues and customers from several countries worldwide. Whilst doing so, I have improved my managing skills and I built up the confidence in taking the responsibility for important and difficult tasks.
