As a Customer Service Assistant at LeoLabs, I help ISPs find the best GPON solutions for their fiber networks. I have over 1.5 years of experience in marketing, sales and xPON troubleshooting. Before LeoLabs, I had been working at Leon sp. z o.o. - ISP from the south of Poland and this experience allows me to understand ISPs' needs.I am also a Business English Student at WSB Merito Chorzow (which is Higher School of Banking), where I learn how to communicate in a diverse environment. I aim to use my language and digital skills to provide professional and reliable support to Network Engineers, ISPs and their customers.I speak English, Polish, and a little Spanish.
