Humadroid began as an internal tool at Prograils. As our company expanded, reaching a workforce of approximately 40-50 employees, we encountered significant challenges in managing personnel aspects such as document management, time-off requests, reimbursements, and time tracking. While the market offers numerous tools, we sought something both straightforward and comprehensive. Finding no existing solutions that met our criteria, we developed our own—a tool designed to streamline management processes and reduce headaches for growing teams. I am currently enhancing this tool and providing it to companies facing similar management challenges.
