As chief technology innovation officer (CTIO) I am focused on the organizational innovation through technology. This is strategic position in REAKTO company, which has significant technology component in addition to the traditional information technology. As CTIO I am responsible for organizational leadership on technology issues, management of the technology research and review function, ensuring the alignment of technology vision with business strategy, and for driving technology innovation throughout the entire organization. I am also responsible for tracking new technology developments in areas of interest to the organization to ensure that it maintains a technological edge within the industry, analyzing and improving upon technology standards and maintaining organizational awareness of new technologies.

As owner of company I operate primarily in training and business consulting and development. My company offers trainings in project management and digital skills development (office applications, programming, web development). It also supports development of projects, partnerships, organizations and performs research projects focused mainly on cultural and social determinants of entrepreneurship and industry.

Association is non-governmental organization developing and promoting innovative methods and tools of education since 2005. As Project Management Team Leader I’m responsible for developing ideas into projects and implement them. I’ve experience in IT skills development projects within European Social Fund, Digital Poland, Erasmus+. I have developed Regional Programming Center initiative which was recognized by UN as one of the best IT capacity building projects worldwide (Good Practice during World Summit on the Information Society in Zurich 2015)

The Foundation in Support of Local Democracy (FSLD) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, non-political, independent and non-commercial organization. The Foundation is the largest non-governmental organization in Poland which supports the development of local governance. At present the Foundation has a network of 14 regional centers with local branches.
