- Shaping the Legal and Compliance Department as well as the group compliance function from scratch, including preparation of key procedures and policies (ethical codes, anti-corruption procedures, counteracting workplace harassment, whistleblowing).- Setting up a complete, process-based corporate governance system for the whole Group. Creating processes and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. - GDPR: Introducing procedures and policies in the whole group (5+ jurisdictions). Ensuring smooth adaptation to changing legal environment. - Coordination of activities regarding business legal service and for every entity in the Capital Group as well as providing multifaceted legal service including legal advice, opinions and contract preparation, participation in and leading of negotiations.- Managing compliance and ethical functions on a Group level. Conducting complete and comprehensive screenings and investigations.- Management of M&A processes in Poland, Great Britain, USA and China.- Providing corporate and legal service for business and statutory bodies. - Inventing and introducing digital workflow for contract drafting and archiving.- Management of legal and regulatory risks on the global level.
