On the Head of Projects position I am responsible for the project portfolio in the designated region, coordinating, prioritizing and facilitating given resources to execute that project objectives within time and within budget.Further to this I am responsible for: - Facilitating and/or Participating in critical project meetings (i.e. handover meetings, kick-off meetings, reporting meetings, lessons learned meetings, etc.);- Supporting the Project Managers during project execution;- Appointing and training new Project Managers based on existing procedures (also taking part in recruitment process);- Meeting applicable Project Execution KPIs;- Reporting financial and delivery performance on portfolio level;- Ensuring customer relationship are maintained on the high level throughout the entire Project Execution process;- Managing all Contracts to minimize risk and maximize profit;- Supporting sales department during pre-clarification stage;

Same as on the Head of Projects position, only name have changed.Additionally I was an investor representative during factory expansion process. (New testing hall)

- Coordinating and follow-up work of Project Managers and Technical Engineers;- Assessing and adjusting workload to meet the capacity expectations;- Reviewing and assinging project to Project Managers; - Supporting to Project Managers regarding project/contract related issues;- Supporting to Technical Engineers regarding technical and design issues;- Participating in project meetings (kick off, handover and global project meetings);- Arranging local project and technical meetings;- Inspecting sub-suppliers to check steel constructions quality during production process;

- Preparing as-built drawings and 3D models;- Designing and developing company product;- Assist in maintaining part number base;- Supporting to Sales Managers regarding sales drawings;- Supporting to Project Managers regarding project drawings;- Supporting to sub-suppliers during product production process;- Updating technical documentation; - Inspecting sub-suppliers to check steel constructions quality during production process;

· Designing parts, components and constructions for pulp and paper industry, mining, machine building and other sectors of industries (shafts, pumps, paddle mixers, rotors, gear transmissions, rollers, barrels, etc.) in Autodesk AutoCad 2D and Solidworks 3D software. · Managing projects (sometimes several at once) with honoring the project scope, time and budget constrains. · Contacting with customers to deal with their enquiries and requests. · Working on enquiries from pulp and paper industry, mining, machine building industries from Poland and other countries such as France, Germany ­ designing, regeneration, fabrication. · Supervising mechanical assemblies, replacement of constructions, components on site and our workshop.

· Quality and dimensions control of details after machining process utilizing Zeiss Contura and Zenith devices. · Building, and storing quality control documentation.
