As an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, within the Department of Management Systems and Organizational Development, I am part of a research-driven team committed to creating optimal conditions for scientific, developmental, and implementation activities. Our mission is to advance both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of management and organizational development.My academic work is centered around research in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary studies to address contemporary organizational challenges. I actively participate in research projects funded by Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as in grants from the National Science Centre (NCN), National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), and European Union-funded projects. In my current role as Senior Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager Global and TWI Global Coach, I am dedicated to leading our organization towards operational excellence and efficiency on a worldwide scale. Reporting directly to the Global Central Team with a keen focus on Lean methodologies, my responsibilities are centered around transforming business processes to achieve significant, sustainable improvements.My portfolio includes spearheading key Continuous Improvement projects that drive productivity and quality enhancements across the company. This encompasses managing lay-out projects to optimize physical workspaces for smoother operations, implementing Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify and eliminate process waste, leveraging SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) techniques to significantly reduce equipment changeover times, and promoting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for improved equipment reliability and performance.As a TWI Global Coach, I also embody the principles of Training Within Industry by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs worldwide. My role involves coaching leaders and teams to embrace Lean principles, thereby fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. My commitment to operational excellence is matched by my passion for mentoring and developing teams across the globe, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to contribute to our organization's long-term success.

Responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement in facilities in Western Europe as a Sr. CI Manager. Main focus on facilities in Germany and the Czech Republic. Responsibilities include conducting improvement meetings, Lean project budget, indicators, and Lean Assessment. Additionally, support the implementation of the Training Within Industry program as a TWI Global Trainer developing the BTO (Building Talented Organization) program. Responsible for TWI Job Instructions and TWI Job Methods. Reporting TWI (BTO) to the VP of Operations in the EU.

Europe

Task Force Manager for Bystrice Plant in the Czech Republic. Responsible for implementing improvement ideas to increase efficiency, and quality. Responsible for the production team. Additionally, in the function of Training WIthin Industry Global Coach and Leader for Europe. Reporting to VP OPS EU.

Europe And India

Responsible for TWI implementation in Europe and India - around 25 facilities. Parallel function of TWI Global Coach and supporting North America, South America and Asia/Pacific plants in TWI implementation. Reporting directly to Global VP HSE and BTO.BTO includes among others onboarding sessions for new employees and standardized work with Training Within Industry (TWI JI) programme.
