- Transfer of sales and operational reporting to Tableau - preparation of sources (mainly SQL), creation and publication of dashboards at Tableau Server, as well as their maintenance and updates.- Reporting of the current sales results.- Sales competitions reporting - preparation of files counting the results and their updates.- Participation in analytical projects, including the creation, and calculation of various KPIs - mainly in Tableau, but also with the use of SQL and SAS AAI.- Preparation of various ad-hoc analyzes.

- Preparation, maintenance and updates of the CEX dashboard (in Tableau), focused on presentation of indicators affecting the Customer Experience.- Acting as a Business Owner for customer satisfaction survey (internal tool) - configuration, supervision over its operations, as well as development of its upgrades in cooperation with the IT department (creation of requirements, running the project and tests).- Building a Customer Journey map, including data collection, process mapping and analysis of their indicators.- Preparation of various analyzes and recommendations in the Customer Experience area, basing on the data warehouse and other sources (including customer satisfaction and NPS surveys).- Work on the Omnichannel project (tool for analyzing leads / customer contacts in various contact channels) - analysis of the results of the operation and system testing.

Preparation of analysis and recommendations for actions in the field of marketing communication, promotional strategy and pricing (mainly in English);Analysis of consumer behavior and the preparation of customer segmentation (on the basis of market research and data warehouse);Making presentations and reports for the board (in English);Monitoring of competition’s activities and prices; Working on a concept, and development of the new web page (in collaboration with interactive agency), updating data on the website and analysis of the site traffic; Preparation of promotional materials (BTL and Outdoor) - from preparation of recommendations, writing a brief and cooperation with the agency to create projects till the preparation of production files; Preparation of internal communication (manuals for the premises).
