- 1st line support via ticket system - Hardaware maitenance (laptops, tablets, printers) - Ongoing update of technical documentation and instructions for end users- Managing the accesses to IT systems (Active Directory, Mailboxes, O365, Distribution lists)- Managing the access to corporate WiFi/Lan based on the network access control tool (NAC)- Provides technical support, identifying, investigating, and resolving users problems with computer software and hardware- Updating and developing software repository project- Preparing laptops for newcommers- Carrying out the onboarding process

TASKS:- Mobile devices support - Android / iOS- 1st line user support- telephone line / ticket system- Managing the process of purchasing equipment and of IT services- Employee training in the use of iPad / mobile phone / mobile equipment- Cooperation with suppliers in the field of IT equipment and services- Setting up accounts, software and hardware for new employees- Carrying out the telephone exchange process in the whole company

- Capture, log, and update incidents- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic programs.- Cooperate with second line support- Active Directory accounts management
