Process part:Undertaking production process troubleshooting reacting/advising on remedial action. Reporting andreacting on quality-related faults, failures, and nonconformances. Reporting and reacting on health,safety & environmental-related faults, failures and nonconformances. Designing and implementingprocess changes, championing safety and efficiency. Supervising contractors and ADM colleagues onspecific jobs and tasks. Undertaking risk assessments and audits where required to ensurecompliance with relevant legislation and ADM guidelines.Project Part:Managing the whole scope of minor and medium-size process engineering projects and playing a keyrole in large-scale, site-wide projects. Designing, costing, installation & implementation of all aspectsof given project work. Ensuring all new installations comply with requirements of H&S legislation,HACCP, GMP, etc. Maintaining safety and the reliability of existing equipment during the projectimplementations. Developing functional and technical specifications for all elements of project workIdentifying opportunities for improved performance and/or savingsResponsibility for energy consumption indicators at the plant, reporting to Production Director,initiating savings projects related to energy losses (Energy Champion)Responsibility for implementation of WPO (5S) in Factory as a part of Performance Excellenceprogram.
