Main achievements:◾ development, implementation, management and supervision of the proprietary system for the organization and control of work on a large and comprehensive project lasting over 3.5 years (worth approx. EUR 120,000,000, 220,000 work permits issued, up to 1,500 people employed daily on the project) as a member of the Project Team,◾ carrying out - as a responsible person - innovative activities for the Shipyard related to the requirements of foreign customers from the Offshore, Gas & Oil sector, adjusting the company's structures, solutions and methods to the required higher standards in the field of health and safety, and quality), introducing the standards of international organizations at the Shipyard,◾ optimization of procedures in force in the Shipyard, introduction of electronic tools facilitating access to procedures and supervision over them and collecting data for analyzes of work safety and quality.

Main achievements:◾ establishing the company's marketing department, developing the company's marketing strategy and significantly increasing the recognition of the brand and its products in the area of its operations,◾ creating a full Book of Visual Identification along with the modernization of the logotype, creative creation of visual (newspapers, magazines, outdoor, events) and radio advertisements, creating and maintaining a website,◾ cooperation with the Sales Department, research and analysis of individual and business customers, starting the implementation of the CRM system.

Main achievements:◾ conducting advertising and promotional projects in the media, supervising the activities of subordinate units,◾ organization of large-scale advertising, promotional and image events ("TP S.A. for the 1000th anniversary of the city of Gdańsk"),◾ organization of the company's participation at trade fairs.

Main tasks:◾ marketing services for contractors and B2B partners,◾ translation of English-language materials into Polish,◾ collecting information and data for published economic publications.
