As a Head of IT Security my role encompasses delivery & compliance of security aspects of IT within the organisation. Throughout my career at The Floow I’m heavily involved in ISO 27001/9001 certifications, various PEN Tests, Cyber Essentials & clients RFPs. I have introduced solutions such as EDR, DLP, AI Enhanced Threat Intelligence and created the majority of security policies and procedures.Nov 2020 - present managing a broader group of engineers from development and QA areas under the Operational Engineering umbrella. Working with the Head of Customer Service on SLA. April 2022 - The Floow has become a subsidiary of Otonomo Technologies. I have been heavily involved in the acquisitions process and I have successfully delivered Post Merger Integration in two phases in a span of 3 months with help of my team.

As the company expanded following successful funding round, IT Ops dept. grew to a bigger size. Company decided to appoint me as a Team Leader and trusted me with more managerial tasks and overall decision making regarding the use of new technologies and improvements into existing IT estate. Member of Technical Leadership group which decides and manages technical aspects of The Floow’s engineering. Still very hands on approach on all aspects of supporting whole IT estate.

I have been brought to the company in order to take over the whole IT operations. That involved network redesign, AWS VPC management for customers live platforms, introduction of in-house monitoring system, complying with security requirements and introduction of many security measures for various systems. Management of a small IT team and over 250 AWS instances running Linux and local HVMs with KVM with help of Salt (automation), Atlassian (Bamboo/Jira/Bitbucket), Shinken (monitoring), Graphite and ELK stack. Mongo and MySQL DBa. As this is a small team I have a have hands-on approach with all technologies we use.
