Current- Providing professional and friendly IT support both onsite and remotely, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Accurately logging, analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving or escalating IT issues, consistently updating the IT Helpdesk ticketing system to keep records current.
- Assisting end users in resolving their technical issues using remote control tools or desk-side support, depending on the situation.
- Handling hardware maintenance and support, including reimaging computers to ensure they are functioning optimally.
- Managing software installations and providing ongoing support for various applications.
- Performing tasks related to Active Directory, including user account management and group policies.
