- Designing WCS software and interfaces to ERP systems based on business needs and customer requirements developed in workshops.- Defining & writing functional specification for WCS software- Coordinate all parties involved, internally and on customer side. - Monitoring and controlling process of developing software- Leading all phases of WCS software test cycles - Supporting customer in successful implementation of the software (trainings, sharing expertise, support during customer tests)

Leading test activities on Kisoft WCS/WMS software and Scada visualization system. Supporting end-to-end testing activities covering all process flows within the M&S DC2 automated warehouse.

- WCS (DAI) application support for automated warehouse (Multishuttle, conveyors – DEMATIC, sorters - Beumer, ASRS, Miniload - TGW, sealers, printing and labelling solutions)- Manage & communicate issues - proposing enhancements and modifications for MHE / WCS systems- Responsible for WCS system integration testing, functional and UAT testing - Troubleshooting interfaces WCS to/from WM, WCS subsystems- Responsible for training of new WCS application support team members and key users

Application support for global archiving systems- SAP Document and Data archiving using Open Text Content Server (Win 2003)- Document archiving for legacy applications (JDE,iSCala) - VIP DocManager (iSeries)

- Remote support for distribution centers located in Germany, Poland, Hungary, Romania- Implementing application PTFs & configuration, testing of enhancements and modifications- Setting up AS400 environments for applications- Structuring & setting up the application and interfaces in order to create a stable standardised environment - Troubleshooting for interfaces to/from ERP (iScala,JDE) systems- Co-operation and team work with application developers, business and technical analysts on application issues- Analysis and resolving the problems in timely manner - Advice users of the solution, reports preparation
