• Leading and supervising various type of teams from small 20-30 direct reports (dock area) through middle 50-80 direct reports (receive, cross-dock areas) to large teams with over 240 direct reports (stow area).• Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience as well as associate experience in terms of the subordinate team and shift.• Shift planning based on handover reports, forecasts and company strategy to meet the overall building objectives and shift KPI’s.• Proactively identifying and eliminating process barriers to allow meet short- and long-term goals.• Implementing wide range of projects within areas of safety, quality, productivity, customer and associates experience.• Responsible for team development to allow them develop their skills and step up in organization.• Facilitator and mentor of Team Lead Coaching program on FC level (Team Leaders development).• SME / POC for FC Scan Compliance and Efficient Receive metrics.

• Coordinating logistics team and packaging center (in total 10 persons).• Coordinating new product launches of aftermarket parts.• Improving service level and KPI management (VSL, VBL, TCT).• Presenting achieved results and action plans to first line management.• Cooperating closely with production, quality, sales and purchasing departments as well as business partners around the globe to ensure proper flow of daily activities or to resolve appeared issues.

• Implementing and improving logistics processes in the area (according to Lean Manufacturing).• Preparing system data and logistics processes for new product launches.• Handling customer complaints and demands (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).• Responding to change and introducing them to the packing area daily work.• Customizing packaging and identification of the products to be in line with the needs and demands of customers.• Stock level controlling as well as planning and monitoring deliveries of the packaging materials.

• Supporting of logistics department in transfer of production from France to Poland.
