When I was nine years old, I realized that life stretched between the two sentences "I have an idea ..." and "unfortunately, it is too late." These two sentences navigated my career and energy for the next 30 years. My first job was door selling when I had a few seconds to build a relationship with a surprised client standing at their doorstep. I had no idea that I was excelling in my pitching skills, and that time, even though I didn't win a Best Seller of the Month Award. Everything is impossible for people from small towns; therefore, they are saturated with seeing limitations. This paradox made me launch an IT business at the turn of the century, a precursor in Poland in selling music on the Internet and creating a popular system for managing restaurant chains. The system was unique at that time, and the largest CEE casual dining chain convinced me to leave my start-up and join them as the CIO and then the Development Director in several markets. I was swiftly diving into international management, business development, and digital transformation, graduating from the International Executive MBA programme in Paris and becoming a father for the third time. That was a lot. And at that moment, unexpectedly, my most incredible professional and personal adventure in China began. Today, after nearly 15 years in China and the development of dozens of brands in that market, I honor being a mentor of start-ups and advisor to the companies and regions on how to cooperate in the Asian markets, shape digital transformation strategies, and heed the unobvious trends. I'm well-versed in digital transformation, digital strategies, International management, Investing strategies, start-up creation, negotiations, and Asian market development. If you're interested in grabbing coffee and talking innovation, digital transformation, and international management, please reach out, and I will be happy to catch up.
