Technical support for the sales team as well incompany as at customers and suppliers;Attending project meetings on site with our customers mainly multinationals in the tobacco industry (Philip Morris, British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco,...) business trips abroad for about 20% of work time;Responsable for the line inegration of optical sorters including third party equipment in the existing production lines; Point of contact for third party suppliers (belt conveyors, vibro conveyors, shakers,...), preparing requests for quotation, ordering equipment, revising designs and checking compliance with design or engineering standards,…Starting up company specific specs for standadisation of third party equipment;Starting up spare parts policy;Project management.

At JMConstruct I worked as a project-/design engineer where my principal tasks are to sell, design and manage whole projects from the first pen stroke till the on-site assembly or delivery of the installation or machinery.The most of our projects are linked to the concrete industry (precast concrete molds, development of machinery, making, renewing or upgrading installations, maintenance,...).

In the begining my main tasks at the food factory, were more of an operational kind (making orders, selling parties, preparing food,...). After a while my business partner and I split up the tasks where she was in charge of all operational things and I more and more added myself to the strategic part of the business (budgetting, factoring, negotiating with banks, ...)Since September 2010 I'm not longer owner of the company, after making it profitable I decided to cash out and to leave my partner in charge with a full 100% ownership. Now, having some cash, looking for other business opportunities after finishing the building of our house.
