⏩ Led end-to-end team of 380 people responsible for manufacturing and supply chain of ‘Custom Paks’ (medical devices used for ophthalmologic surgery) with a limited shelf life.⏩ Oversaw team of 11 direct reports responsible for daily production of 12.000 customized packs (4.300 SKUs, 1200 different components), working in a 3-shift system on 25 production lines in an Iso 8 class cleanroom with a yearly turnover of 150 M€.⏩ Managed development, forecasting, procurement, ordering, planning, warehousing, and manufacturing.

Breda (The Netherlands)

⏩ Led 3 sites within Pharmaceutical Central Lab Business (servicing pharmaceutical companies in executing and managing the supply chain of clinical trials). ̵ Breda (NL) (160 people): activities: Lab, specimen management, project and data management, customer service, warehousing, procurement, and HR. ̵ Oosterhout (NL) (30 people): packing of kits (medical devices to collect patient samples).̵ Bangalore (India) (15 people): service center to assist investigator sites.

⏩ Oversaw all operational activities within the supply chain (production, technical department, planning, customer service, warehousing, shipping, procurement) within a pharma and food contract packaging plant of 140 people.⏩ Introduced new projects/products, prepared plant for cGMP, ISO and FDA audits, implemented performance improvement programs, and maintained direct contact with unions (chairman of the works council and the “CPBW”).
