Dutch, Swiss resident and Permit B holder, and I'm at the helm of FIBA’s Equipment & Venue Centre (E&VC) since 2020. Here, we oversee all basketball product and technology licensing for FIBA, including the crucial aspects of sport data collection and distribution. Simultaneously, I drive FIBA’s strategic innovation goals forward. Over the past four years, we've witnessed a strong surge in interest for our program, with approximately 150 partners currently engaged we offer around 700 FIBA licenced products.I have a strong and entrepreneurial focus on developments in the global sporting goods and equipment industry and its innovation opportunities. I am proud to lead a strong and growing team of diverse professionals who share my vision of building long-term, cross-cultural relationships and delivering growth and strong added value. My core interests include strategic marketing, new business development, M&A, finance, and strategic innovation.In previous roles in the sports equipment industry, I have successfully initiated and delivered complex official partnerships with the RIO2016 and TOKYO2020 Olympic Games and led multiple subsidiary companies across Asia. I am a board member of ThinkSport, a Swiss organization that manages a network of international sports institutions, pioneering business establishments, and respected academic organizations.
