Responsibilities:• Second and third line support of Stamford company site with over 5,000 end users. • As Antivirus Team Manager – organized global team of 10 engineers responsible for virus protection and containment on 30,000 workstations and over 2000 servers worldwide. Achievements: • Developed standards and procedures for virus emergency processes throughout the company.• Designed and developed support applications utilized by global support teams.

Responsibilities:• Various areas of supply management within squadron as well as in AIMD organizations - specialized in expediting of high priority /low availability aircraft parts.• Served 4 years with VS-31 Topcats in Jacksonville (Cecil Field ) Florida.
