We take great care in every step of the production process, from responsible plantation management to hand-picking and traditional production methods.Within Dilmah Europe, I spearheaded the implementation of a holacratic organizational structure to enhance agility and empower team members, fostering a more dynamic and responsive work environment. Due to the holacratic structure of Dilmah Europe and the start-up scale, I took on multiple roles. I led sourcing and setting up strategic partnerships with fulfillment partners, which streamlined our supply chain processes. Additionally, I led the selection and implementation of an ERP system and integrated Shopify to optimize our sales channels.I acted as the product owner for the launch of a new eCommerce platform built on advanced headless technology, enhancing our online presence. I set up a robust pricing model and a predictive forecasting model to efficiently manage stock levels and purchase orders, improving our operational efficiency.

As Customer Journey Expert I provide the ultimate ‘customer journey’, from the first orientation until the fulfilment. In this role, I handled customer data processes, (KYC) policy as well as IT, in a team with IT developers.In this role I have been responsible for the digitisation for several customer data related processes, like changing a name or legal form of an organisation that is a customer.

In my role at T-Mobile, I manage the online service offerings for B2C customers, including overseeing both the My T-Mobile web portal and the mobile app. My approach blends technical oversight with user-focused enhancements to elevate the customer experience and drive business outcomes.I am particularly proud of leading the launch of T-Mobile’s Unlimited subscription, a major initiative that expanded our market presence and enhanced user engagement. Additionally, I initiated the development of a new push notification service, improving our ability to communicate effectively with customers.My efforts in redesigning the My T-Mobile and t-mobile.nl platforms have significantly improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue. I've also been committed to digitalizing several processes, making our operations more efficient and responsive.As a Scrum Master, I’ve enjoyed guiding our agile scrum teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of projects.
