He enjoys working directly with plan sponsors to develop investment policies that help guide employers when offering retirement benefits for their employees. Bartt serves as a fee-based advisor on plans. He is not affiliated with any insurance or investment company, allowing him to offer truly objective and independent advice. He focuses on designing and implementing strategic retirement plans specific to the employers’ needs while keeping them up-to-date and compliant with regulators. His experience and knowledge is built from 15 years in the financial services industry. He currently holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and insurance licenses. Bartt earned an economics degree from Illinois State University in addition to the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation.
