I participate as a speaker in forum such as World HRD congress, AIMA, HRD Network , leading B-schools -IIMs/XLRI/XIM/others on contemporary HR issues and challenges as part of thought leadership. I was associated with professional bodies such as Bombay Chambers of commerce ( HRM Committee) as Vice-chairman, Delhi HRD Network as Core Committee member from 2002-2004, Delhi Management Association ( Young Managers Forum) in 2003-05 .A life member of NHRDN, I served on the the Board of National HRD Network( NHRDN) , the premier body of Human Resource Professionals as Regional President-West from 2017-2019.I continue to serve as Advisory Council member of World HRD Congress.
