With more than 3 decades of experience in the Power, Infrastructure, Services (Logistics/Distribution) sector, I have handled the HR generalist , specialist and leadership role with learning and contributions in HR strategy, organization development with more than 16 years as Heads of HR in 3 Organizations of repute, where I reported and worked under CEO and Managing Directors and Whole Time Directors.I have handled HR matters related to the Board such as Nomination & Remuneration Committee ( NRC), CSR Committee and Audit Committee.My work experience covers HR strategy and it's alignment with business, improvement of HR service delivery, HRIS, design, and implementation of HRD systems and initiatives, employer branding, talent and succession development , values & culture transformation, HR team development, change management.I have exposure in multiple HR strategy assignments in restructuring and modernizing of HR systems and processes and worked with AT Kearney, Aon Hewitt Associates, EY , Mercer & Mckinsey and Company. I have implemented global HR practices in one HR leadership role with global exposure.I am a strong believer in change and enjoy creating something new always adding values to the organization. I have handled many change management assignments for higher organizational effectiveness.I have also led employer branding initiatives with recognition of Top 10/Top 25 /Top 50 Best Employers/Best companies to work for by 2 of my past employers consistently for number of years in a row with high employee engagement and good business performance and growth.
