Employing 220 staff in Australia, Goodman manages a portfolio of approximately 200 properties in 200 properties located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth.- Reporting to the CIO, in charge of the company’s global infrastructure management consisting of 4 data centres, 3 SAN's, 240 servers and +850 end-users- P&L responsibility of $4M, managing a team of 3 Technicians in Australia and the UK as well as outsourcing partners for helpdesk, server (RIMS), database and network management- Successfully managed the transition of IPVPN to MPLS network with 30+ nodes and the move from an internally managed to an externally hosted data centre- SME on IT related aspects of moving the company to Activity Based Working- Transition from traditional PABX to VoIP using Microsoft Lync technology- Maintain and implement standards and operating procedures- Manage the global network across APAC, AMER and EMEA- Responsible for Disaster Recovery practices and procedures Show less
